Personal Information
I am an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology-Certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist based in, Moorestown, New Jersey. I have clinical expertise in both psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatments.
I completed a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania/The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in July 2011. During my fellowship, I was awarded the 2011 Graduate Education Committee Award for Excellence in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. As part of my comprehensive training, I was formally trained and certified in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, by Dr. Marion Lindblad-Goldberg from the well-known and highly regarded Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center, Inc.
Prior to moving to Philadelphia, PA, I completed my adult psychiatry residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. During my residency, I received the Achievement Award for Clinical Practice and was honored by being named Chief Resident. I graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 2006 and Villanova University in 2002. As previously mentioned, I am double board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and also certified in Ecosystemic Structural Family therapy by Dr. Marion Lindblad-Goldberg from the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center, Inc. I am a member in good standing of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the Hellenic Medical Society of Philadelphia.
